  • Dr. Hugo De Clerck

    Hugo De Clerck is a graduate of the Rijksuniversiteit Gent's orthodontic program, he received his PhD in 1986 and he maintains a private practice in Brussels. He received the European Research Essay Award in 1988. He has been Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Orthodontics at the Université Catholique de Louvain from 1989 to 2006. Currently he is Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is the former President of the Belgian Orthodontic Society and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. His main research interests are in skeletal anchorage, biomechanics and orthopedics. He lectured extensively on these topics throughout the world.


  • Dr. Salah Abbas

    Salah is an orthodontist. He has graduated from the dental school in Copenhagen, post graduate program for Orthodontics. Salah is working as an orthodontist both in the public and in the private sector. At the moment he is the chief of one of the central clinics for orthodontics in Copenhagen. Besides this, he is working at a central clinic for rare syndromes and developmental abnormalities in the orthognathic surgery department, where he is dealing with highly specialized and advanced orthodontic techniques. At the same time he is a part of the teaching staff in the department of orthodontics, postgraduate program at the University of Copenhagen. Salah’s special interests are treatments with mini-screws, biomechanical principles and interdisciplinary treatments as multiple agenesis patients and orthognathic cases.


  • Dr. Ektor Grammatopoulos

    Dr Ektor Grammatopoulos gained the Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Newcastle in 2004. He is an experienced specialist in orthodontics and was appointed as a Consultant in Orthodontics at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals where he in involved in clinical training of specialist registrars in orthodontics.

    His work has been awarded a variety of distinguished prizes and awards from a number of highly recognised professional societies such as the European Orthodontic Society, British Orthodontic Society, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and British Society of Dental Research, including the European Orthodontic Society W.J.B. Houston Research Award. His research and clinical work has been presented at the American Association of Orthodontics.

    He is experienced in the treatment of all patients, from those with the most mild to the most severe needs with all modern techniques, including lingual systems (Incognito) and mini-implants. In view of his expertise in lingual systems he is an Elite Platinum Incognito user.

  • Dr. Jost-Brinckmann

    Professor Jost-Brinckmann is an orthodontist. Finished studying dentistry at the free university of Berlin, . After graduation in 1986 he became a Research Associate of the Department of Orthodontics at the Free University of Berlin. From 1990 to 1991 he did a one year research stay at Kyushu University in Fukuoka (Japan). He's a Specialist in Orthodontics Since 1991. He completed his Habilitation(PhD) in 1997 at the Humboldt University Berlin. In  2004 acceptance of the professorship of orthodontics at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Since 2009 Chairperson department for orthodontics, dentofacial orthopedics  and pedodontics at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and  Managing director Center for Dental and Craniofacial Sciences, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. In 2013 Recieved the Ewald-Harndt Award.

    Professor  Jost-Brinkmann is an author and co-author of more than 170 articles, book chapters and 2 books. Main interest is interceptive orthodontics and lingual orthodontics.
